AmaMpondomise given second chance at throne

Tolo drops appeal, opts to restart claim from scratch.

THE AmaMpondomise will have another chance at getting their kingdom recognised as the state has decided to drop its legal action against them.

This followed a December 12 ruling that set aside for review the Nhlapo Commission’s decision that AmaMpondomise were never a kingship.

“The Commission accepts the court’s ruling and will not petition the SCA. has taken a long time already is creating instability within communities.
