WORLD controlling soccer body, Fifa have advised that tickets for the 2010 World Cup Finals will go on sale on February 20.

Fifa spokesperson Delia Fischer said Fifa were concerned by reports that 2010 tickets are already on sale in South Africa.

“We want to make it clear to the public that tickets for the 2010 World Cup Finals are only going on sale on February 20,” she said.

Fischer said tickets could be purchased on the official Fifa website Fifa.com and at the 700 FNB branches throughout South Africa. — Sapa
