THE Pan Africanist Congress’s election manifesto focuses on seven key areas, the SABC reported .
PAC president Letlapa Mphahele launched the manifesto in Butterworth on Saturday.
The manifesto focuses on education, land, the economy, health, rural development, justice, housing and service delivery.
Mphahlele said if the PAC was voted into power, he would speed up land reform. The party also wants an economy that creates jobs for poor people.
He said the health system in the country was collapsing and needs urgent attention.
