Make-up course for men could be a first AN Australian university is offering a make-up course for men it hopes will be popular with drag queens, according to a news report in a Melbourne newspaper. According to the report Melbourne's Swinburne University will provide male students with tips on how to shape eyebrows and conceal beard growth in possibly the world's first course of its kind. Michael Schifferle, a make-up artist for 10 years, said the course was tailored to the needs of the gay community. "There is definitely more to being a successful drag queen than simply wearing the right clothes," he said. "We are offering those interested the opportunity to gain an understanding of high fashion and theatrical make-up to design an individual look." -- Sapa-DPA Stocks & Stats Editorial Entertainment Features Television & Radio Sport Weather Tides Aircraft |
