Warmer weather on its way

QUEENSTOWN -- Cold, overcast weather in the Border, Ciskei and Transkei regions yesterday and today should be followed by warmer weather over the weekend.

The Port Elizabeth weather office yesterday forecast cold weather on high ground in the interior, with showers expected today in the south and east.

The weather should start warming up tomorrow, with skies remaining partly cloudy.

Warm weather is expected on Saturday and Sunday. -- DDR
