Sept deadline for micro lenders

JOHANNESBURG -- Micro finance lenders have until September 15 to register with the Micro Finance Regulatory Council or face having to lend within the Usury Act's interest rate limits. The council has urged interested parties to put their applications through as soon as possible to avoid delays in processing. -- Sapa
